Description:Physician mentoring available for recent graduates, providing one-on-one guidance and support.Flexible work days and hours, with the possibility of self-scheduling. Various scheduling options available, such as 5-8s, 2-12s + 2-8s, 3-12s, and potential future options for 13/13/14.Opportunity to be exposed to a variety of cases, allowing the opportunity to enhance and maintain skills. Rare on-call responsibilities for backup, with potential for overtime if desired. Access to a full range of medical and surgical specialties for support. Care team model in play, ensuring an equitable call schedule.Practice team consists of 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs. Broad range of specialties covered, including ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases.
