Did you find yourself in a rut, questioning “where do I go from here?” Look no further than our CBIZ Private Equity Tax Co-Sourcing team!The expectation is that this will be a hybrid role with a blend of in-office (client and CBIZ office) and remote work days. Flexible work arrangements may be discussed.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesBuild and develop quality relationships with closely-knit CBIZ team and client contacts (daily, regular client interactions).Oversee, train and assist associate team members.Meet time restraints and deadlines.Assistance in responding to tax notices from all jurisdictions.Assistance in responding to fund LP tax-related questions & requests.Assistance with tax payment process, including processing & tracking of payments.Assistance with managing and tracking partner information.Gather data necessary to respond to audits and inquiries by governmental authorities.Assist in gathering data and preparing schedules to be used in preparing tax returns.Review Federal & State extensions, K-1s, and tax returns, including withholding tax returns, FBARs, etc.Prepare and/or review quarterly and year-end estimates.Become proficient at tax research.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.CPA candidates preferred.1+ year supervisory experience preferred.Minimum Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree.3 years of experience in public accounting or related field.Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary.Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.Proficient use of applicable technology.Must be able to travel based on client and business needs.The annual salary target for this job in this market is $80,000-$100,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.The compensation above is not representative of an employee’s total compensation.
