What You’ll Do

Based in Redlands, CA, you’ll lead initiatives to optimize equipment, integrate new machines, and support mobile deployments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving, this is your chance to make a big impact!

Key Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment performance

Ensure smooth integration of new machines into operations

Mentor engineers and maintenance staff

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering and operational goals

Troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues

Travel up to 50% to support mobile manufacturing lines

What You’ll Need

5-10 years of experience in engineering or operations

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and automation systems

Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

Excellent communication skills and team collaboration

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience

Willingness to travel up to 50%
