If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a SAP Business Analyst - Pharma Domain - REMOTE to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).Day to Day Responsibilities:* Act as a liaison between business units and development teams; bridging requirements and solutions, assessing levels of customer satisfaction, and confirming expectations.* Act as the liaison with the project EBS Capability Lead and the project team members providing updates and seeking approval on work.* Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.* Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements.* Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.* Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Lead Super Users, Support teams and the Project teams.* Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.Minimum Requirements:8+ years experience performing the SAP Business Systems Analyst role.4+ Years of PharmaPreferred Qualifications:Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.Experience with IDOC's and IntegrationsPower BI: Strong expertise in creating interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI. Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)Data Modeling and IntegrationExperience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organization skills.Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge.Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $71,532 - $149,026. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
