SAP Business Analyst

Position Overview:\nThe SAP Business Systems Analyst serves as a key liaison between business units and development teams. This role is crucial for bridging requirements and solutions, assessing customer satisfaction, and ensuring that business expectations are met.Key Responsibilities:Liaison and Communication:Act as a liaison between business units and development teams to bridge requirements and solutions.Collaborate with the project EBS Capability Lead and project team members, providing updates and seeking approvals on work.Requirements Development:Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain.Leverage multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Analytical Approach:Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identify opportunities for enhancements.Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with development and technical teams.Project Coordination:Develop and execute plans to ensure efficient delivery of results that meet business expectations.Coordinate collaboration among business users, Lead Super Users, Support teams, and Project teams.Vendor Management:Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams to ensure seamless integration and support.Preferred Qualifications:Experience:A minimum of 8 years in the SAP Business Systems Analyst role, particularly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.Technical Skills:Strong expertise in Power BI, including creating interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) is a plus.Experience with IDOCs and Integrations.Soft Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.Proven ability to learn new skills and technologies, with a passion for conveying knowledge.Independence and Initiative:Capable of managing core responsibilities independently or with limited oversight. Education: Bachelors Degree
