Sanitation Team Lead - 3rd shift
Summary
Team Lead ensures the team is both trained and fulfilling sanitation policies our guidelines, promoting safety, quality, and efficiency. The Team Lead works along with their team members in carrying out duties. The Team Lead reports directly to the 3rd shift Sanitation Supervisor.
Qualifications:Commitment to Quincy Street, Inc.'s Mission Statement.Ability to lead by example, problem solve, multi task, and demonstrate self-motivation.Ability to demonstrate and promote safe work conduct quality, and efficiency.Ability to perform physical demands of the job duties and responsibilities.Working knowledge of Sanitation's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Bilingual skills Spanish/English a plus.Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Train, teach, direct, and support team.Address all safety issues with supervisorFill in for absenteeism, along with assisting team members.Pump chemicals for daily use.Provide intensive inspection of pre-op room.Provide minor maintenance of water guns and hoses.Keep water temperature consistence by boiler adjustment.Other duties as assigned.

stand on your feet for a significant period of time
bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds
work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
follow all established safety policies and guidelines

Previous industrial, manufacturing, or processing, experience is also preferred. In addition, candidates must have independent and reliable transportation to and from work.
