It's our values that defines us to all of our key audiences: our shareholders, customers, prospective employees and especially ourselves.Summary:As a Material Compliance Inspector at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by insuring accuracy of physical inventory and verifying conformance of procured items per specified requirements.Benefits of joining our team!Annual incentive plan (bonus)Paid vacation and sick timeUp to 10 paid holidays/year4 hours voluntary time off to volunteer for your favorite charityHealth, dental, and vision insurance, subject to applicable premium deductionsShort-term and long-term disability insurance - 100% company paidOther ancillary insurance options available401(k) retirement account with matching MPG contributions & profit sharing (if applicable)Profit Sharing Plan - potential up to 3% of base salaryEducational Reimbursement up to $5,250 per yearGym membership reimbursement up to $120 per yearPrimary Responsibilities of this position include:Inspection of electronic components, mechanical parts, cable assemblies, printed wiring boards, etc. for conformance to engineering drawings, work instructions, customer and vendor specifications, and industry standardsVerify conformance and write nonconformance reports when discrepancies are found.Conduct transactions in ERP system, move product to stock and/or MRB as requiredAssist management with implementing process controls, improvement activities, creating work instructions and inspection plans.Conducts cycle counting investigation to ensure inventory accuracy.Enters inventory-based transactions into accounting software.Establishes and maintains positive work relationships with co-workers.Maintain appropriate records of supplier documentation and inspectionsKnowledge, skills and abilities strongly preferred include:Basic understanding of IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-600 and other industry standardsProficient ability to utilize a PC and the Microsoft Office Suite software package.Ability to read and interpret prints and datasheets.Must be able to use basic hand tools/gauges.Must be able to use microscope.Must be proficient in inventory and cycle count procedures.Must be able to do basic arithmetic calculations (addition, subtraction, fractions, multiplication, and division).Requirements Include:Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)High School Diploma or GED RequiredBasic Computer SkillsExperience with the use of inspection tools requiredA minimum of two (2) years related quality control inspection experience, electronics industry preferred.Work Arrangement : OnsiteSalary Range : -We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position's responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, a candidate's education/training, the position's location, and the key skills needed for the position.
