RN PRN C - Shenandoah House

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN)to join the Hospice care staff in the Shenandoah House at Augusta Health. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care for hospice patients in the Shenandoah House following physicians' orders and the established Plan of Care. This position participates in the supervision of CNAs and LPN's, coordinates and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team ensuring the enactment of the Plan of Treatment and reports to the Clinical Coordinator.
