Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Join our dynamic team as a Permanent Construction Project Manager & Superintendent, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing commercial and industrial construction projects in the fast-paced technology industry. This position involves managing the complete construction process from the ground up, with a focus on Tilt Wall and Tilt Up construction techniques. Our ideal candidate is a bilingual professional (Spanish and English preferred) with extensive experience in managing commercial projects, office construction, and Tenant Improvements (TI). This role requires a deep understanding of the construction project management process and a proven track record in the South Florida building industry, with Miami Dade County building experience being a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure of commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and maintain safe and clean work sites.
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, suppliers, and staff.
• Manage project teams and provide guidance and motivation to ensure team members are working effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial and industrial construction project management.
• Proven experience with Tilt Wall and Tilt Up construction techniques.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Experience in office construction and Tenant Improvements (TI) is essential.
• Familiarity with South Florida building industry and Miami Dade County building requirements is preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in construction project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is an advantage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
