Title: Business Continuity Specialist- Remote
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months

Job Description :

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Assist in the development of business continuity plans; collaborating with Process Owners, Coordinators and Plan Owners Review and input business continuity data into the planning tool Act as system administrator for Business Resilience Planning tool, Fusion Risk Management Development and delivery of training on Business Continuity, specifically system training and end user documentation Develop and provide key reports to ensure planning compliance Drive towards timely completion of key system work and provide consistent updates on progress and issues

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Business Continuity Planning Tool administration; ideally Fusion Risk Management Good time management and strong organizations skills with the ability to prioritize and complete work and/or projects effectively.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make critical decisions effectively within scope of authority based on data analyses, migration responsibilities and data reviews.
  • Manually performing data validation and data migration, such as exporting, importing, transforming, and verifying data.
  • Use of various tools and scripts (word, excel, PowerPoint, Fusion Risk Management) Ability to adapt to change and value diverse opinions and ideas.
  • Ability to operate in agile development environment, adopt and embrace new technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. dentify potential failures and recommend solution.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
  • Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of data being migrated.

Experience :

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and Business Continuity Planning Tools desired; deally Fusion Risk Management Three to Five years of related work experience in roles that include Business Continuity Planning and System Administration.
