Insight Global is seeking help desk specialist to support a large government customer. This person will be responsible for going full lifecycle using a ticketing system. They will identify the ticket, document their process to try to resolve the ticket and the close or escalate the issue. This person should have experience with Windows OS, experience with Active Directory, as well as experience with hardware troubleshooting such as resetting routers and switches as well as troubleshooting printers.

Active Secret ClearanceIAT II or Higher1+ Years of Windows Troubleshooting experience1+ Years of Ticketing System or IT documentation experience1+ Year of hands on hardware troubleshooting such as resetting routers and switches or printers

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
