The ideal candidate is self-motivated, multi-tasker and team player.Duties/Responsibilities:Assisting office workers with computers locally and remoteTracks assets within Asset Tracking systemProvides computer support on both software and hardwareTests of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properlyOrients new staff on how to use computer hardware and softwareMaintains excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology departmentDocuments issue resolution using the help desk ticketing systemTroubleshoots routine problems and maintenance of systemsCoordinates computer maintenance with other Network Operations staffPerforms hardware diagnostics and coordinates repairsSetup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook hardware and software (Windows 10 &11 and Mac OS)Required Skills/Abilities:Experience with Microsoft Office 2019 and Office O365Troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS desktops and notebooks, as well as iOS and Android devices, in a networked environmentKnowledge of TCP/IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.)Adaptability/FlexibilityCustomer Service FocusedSelf-Motivated and CuriousReliability/AccountabilityIntegrityHigh attention to detailEducation and Experience:2+ years of experience with helpdesk or customer supportAssociate degree or related experienceEEOC: DreamFields is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
