Lead & Assist in Management Reporting : Take an active role in the management reporting processes, contributing to both financial and operating results, and developing new metrics to enhance reporting accuracy and relevance.Master Analytical Tools : Learn and utilize a variety of tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Business Explorer, Business Objects, and Sales Discovery, to effectively execute projects and deliver high-quality results.Translate & Communicate Insights : Interpret complex financial data and refine results for presentation to broad audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding across different levels of the organization.Collaborate Across Functions : Work cross-functionally with teams outside of finance to drive efficiencies and optimize processes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business.Present Findings to Diverse Audiences : Present and discuss your analysis and insights at various levels within Schwan's, including to non-financial audiences, demonstrating your ability to communicate financial concepts clearly.Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) : Assist in the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing critical insights for decision-making.Engage in Continuous Learning : Participate in professional development opportunities and leverage mentorship to enhance your financial knowledge and analytical skills.Drive Process Improvements : Identify and implement process improvements within reporting and analytics, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.What You Bring:

Education:

Current enrollment in bachelor's Finance, Accounting, Economics or related degree program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026. GPA of 3.0+ preferred.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Excel in critical thinking, analysis, interpretation, and solving complex problems.Confident self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in team settings.Build strong, effective relationships with business partners across the board.Demonstrate leadership with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.Evaluate and clearly communicate the pros and cons of various solutions to diverse audiences.Manage time and projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.Preferred familiarity with business systems, spreadsheets, databases, financial modeling, and business planning.

Education: Current enrollment in a college degree program - either Associate's or Bachelor's of Arts in a relatedfield of study.

Years of Related Experience: 0 -2 years related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic PC, communication and interpersonal skills required; familiarity with MicrosoftOffice and email programs; basic understanding of applicable discipline (i.e., accounting & finance, human resources,law, marketing, sales, supply chain, etc.) with organizational and self-motivational skills required.
