Job Summary:The Service Desk Administration Analyst is responsible for processing all user access provisioning setup forms for network access and updates internal intranet sites to reflect provisioning work completed. Responsible for generating various reports for management as well as periodic audit reviews.

They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.Periodically generates user reports for business management to review access levels based on least privilegeCommunicates with team members and Service Desk Administration Lead to ensure understanding of appropriate review processesInterdepartmental communication between business management to verify necessary audit informationMaintains working knowledge of Internal Audit and IT Service Desk guidelines; Active Directory experienceUpdates internal intranet sites to reflect provisioning work completedProcesses all user access provisioning setup forms for network accessPerforms daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual audit reviewsManages workload as delegated by User Provisioning Administration LeadUtilizes on-the-job training resources to advance knowledge within user access provisioning fieldOther duties as assigned.SKILLS
