ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, peripheral devicesWhere required, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user workstation softwarePerform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for end users and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as neededReceive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problemsDevelop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipmentMonitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reportsInstall and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systemsConduct research on computer products in support of PC procurement and development efforts.Install software and image PC hardware as neededMaintain, order and setup remote devices such as iPhones, iPads and laptopsTravel within market and to other markets as needed to include overnight staysMaintain applicable service level agreement pertaining to department ticket queueResponsible for laptop encryption and securityResponsible for maintaining proper stock level of standard devices ready for deploymentResponsible for Preventative Maintenance of the Instant Issue PrintersResponsible for performing health checks in all branchesPossess a high level of technical skill expertise and abilityFurthers technical knowledge via self-study and pursue industry standard certificationsSKILLS
