Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney.
3. Active member of the Bar in good standing.
4. Proven background in litigation and court procedures.
5. Exceptional knowledge of Personal Injury, Product Liability, and Dispute Resolution.
6. Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
7. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
