Our AI models learn how to use our customers’ applications and create realistic and durable tests so engineering teams can move fast.Role Overview:As the Head of Growth, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your technical expertise will be crucial in optimizing our growth channels, analyzing data, and implementing scalable solutions that align with our business goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to acquire and expand customer relationships.Manage growth campaigns across paid channels and oversee SEO and content marketing for organic lead generation.Build and optimize conversion funnels using marketing automation, email, and landing pages.Analyze campaign performance, iterate quickly, and report on ROI.Foster collaboration and build partnerships with key stakeholders.Qualifications:Must have experience as an engineer or a degree in Computer Science5+ years of experience in digital growth marketing, especially in B2B SaaS, with strong analytical skills.Proven ability to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels.Proficient in marketing automation, analytics, and attribution tools with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends.Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in strategic planning and execution.Thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments and excels in problem-solving and communication.What We Offer:A strategic role in shaping the growth trajectory of a cutting-edge AI startup.Competitive salary and benefits package.Lunch 3 days a week in office.The estimated base salary range for this position is $150k to $200k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant.
