We have been ranked #1 for Market Impact by Everest Group for four times in a row and ranked #1 for completeness of vision, test advisory and Digital Business Assurance in Gartner Magic Quadrant.Onsite Role - QA Lead with Salesforce & Life ScienceLocation - Boston (Hybrid)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.Managing the end-to-end testing with good experience in Veeva Life Science.Salesforce QA testing.Monitoring testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned systems; verifying timely and accurate test communication with Development Leads, Project Manager and Senior Management throughout the project life cycle.Preparing and designing the test strategy, test plans, and test cases for all projects; reviewing activities such as requirements review, design review, test strategy review, and test case review.Recording software defects and providing thorough technical descriptions and evidence.Ensuring QA testing requirements are appropriately identified and included in the requirements.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the offshore/onshore team.Run the Triage meetings with Project stakeholders.Prepare Test Plan and Test Strategy.Perform RCA analysis.Circulate Project status Daily/Weekly reports.Must have Skills:Salesforce QA.Life science domain experience.RCA Analysis.Work Authorization:Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.).Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $96,000 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
