B2B Sales & Account Manager

to lead business development, manage client relationships, and oversee various growth-driven projects—including

coordinating

What You’ll Do :

As the

B2B Sales & Account/Marketing Manager , you will:

Develop and execute

a strategic B2B sales plan to expand business accounts and drive revenue growth

Oversee external partnerships

with key vendors, ensuring marketing strategies and campaigns are aligned with business goals

Track and optimize

marketing campaigns for maximum

ROI

and

ROAS , ensuring our marketing efforts deliver results

Collaborate across teams

to create integrated sales and marketing strategies that resonate with potential clients

Identify new business opportunities , nurture existing relationships, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Report on KPIs , sales performance, and other growth metrics to the executive team

Lead special projects , including events, initiatives, and marketing-driven campaigns that support our business goals

Qualifications :

5+ years

of experience in B2B sales

Proven track record of

meeting/exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of marketing strategies

(lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing)

Experience managing external vendors and overseeing cross-functional projects

Ability to

analyze data , track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions

Experience working with

CRM tools

(Service Titan is a plus)

Exceptional

communication, presentation, and negotiation

skills

Base + Commission ($65,000 - $120,000+) with performance-based bonuses
