Overview of the Staff Accountant role:
- Perform monthly and quarterly accounting close, and assist with balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage and perform routine accounting functions such as journal entry preparation for revenue, AP, prepaid expenses and debt transactions
- Work with finance and operations group to provide ad-hoc accounting reports
- Provide support in preparing cash forecasts to analyze short and long-term liquidity requirements
Preferred Qualifications for the Fund Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
- 1-2 years experience in audit or general ledger accounting
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
