$200k - $250k base + 40% bonus

Responsibilities of the VP of Finance Opportunity:
Own the reporting, internal controls and policy implementation and be accountable for the overall accounting function.
The VP of Finance will ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and forecasting is timely, accurate and in compliance with GAAP.
Analyze budgets and forecasts for all Division entities and provide management reports on variances, trends, and control standards and practices.
Consult with various departments for projects relating to financial/accounting needs.
Prepare cash flow analysis.
The VP of Finance will provide review and analysis of Land Acquisition Proformas.
Accountable for the effective management of the Accounting and Finance department including hiring, performance reviews, and budget.
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or other related degree
CPA designation required
5 years of Homebuilding experience
10 years of progressive experience in leadership roles
