About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a long-standing non-profit in DC!
- Due to leave, they are hiring an Staff Accountant in their DC office.
- Duration: 3-4 months
- Position is remote and part-time (20 hours a week)
- Pay: $30-33/hr

Overview of the Staff Accountant role:
- Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliations and Journal Entries
- Recording deposits into Sage Intacct
- Assisting with the audit
- Ad hoc projects/reporting
Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in Sage Intacct, bill.com, Paylocity is a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
