Cook Systems is where your journey to success begins!Business Analyst-Organizational TransformationMemphis, TN (onsite)The Business Analyst-Organizational Transformation will conduct change analysis across multiple business units to support a large-scale organizational shift. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with demonstrated experience synthesizing multiple perspectives to re-align job roles around new technology. This role requires excellent communication skills with an ability to evaluate requirements, develop actionable plans, and resolve questions quickly. Essential Job Functions:Execute and educate on the intent, objectives, and activities of throughout the maturity of our Customer Data Platform.Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders, leadership, and IT partnersAnalyze (or re-engineer) business and technology processes clearly and comprehensivelyDocument business process flows using standard tools (MS Visio or Similar)Define and evaluate change effectiveness against measurable objectives.
