We are seeking a detail-oriented
Business Analyst
specializing in Organizational Transformation to conduct change analysis across multiple business units. This role supports a large-scale organizational shift by integrating diverse perspectives to realign roles and responsibilities around new technology. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to evaluate requirements, develop actionable plans, and resolve questions swiftly.
Essential Job Functions :
Change Management: Execute and educate stakeholders on the intent, objectives, and activities throughout the maturity of our CRM database.
Integration Planning: Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology, coordinating efforts among business stakeholders, leadership, and IT partners.
Process Analysis: Analyze and re-engineer business and technology processes to ensure clarity and comprehensiveness.
Documentation: Document business process flows using standard tools (e.g., MS Visio or similar) to provide clear visual representations.
Effectiveness Evaluation: Define and evaluate change effectiveness against measurable objectives, and periodically inform stakeholders and leadership on progress.
Knowledge Creation: Demonstrate proficiency in documentation tools to produce high-quality knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and workflows with consistency.
Communication: Leverage various communication channels tailored to diverse audience sizes and technical backgrounds to ensure clear understanding and engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in organizational transformation or change management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.Familiarity with CRM data platforms and related technologies is a plus.Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Visio, Confluence, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
