Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery (L&D) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift, 12 hours (1845-0715), including every other weekend Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum required License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM Must-Have: COVID and flu vaccinations (medical or religious exceptions accepted) Job Description: - Provide care and support during childbirth.- Maintain a nurse-patient ratio of 1:1 for optimal patient care.- Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.- Wear navy blue scrubs as part of the dress code.- Float to other areas as needed within skill set.- Participate in specialized procedures as applicable.- Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth unit operations.- Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.
