Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Labor & Delivery (L&D) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Nights, Every 3rd weekend Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum years not specified License: IA or compact license in hand Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: - Experience in Labor & Delivery- Familiarity with EPIC charting system Job Description: - Provide exceptional care to laboring patients in a dedicated Labor & Delivery unit.- Manage common diagnoses and treatments related to labor.- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 for optimal care delivery.- Support critical special procedures such as circulating, scrubbing for NST, Pitocin inductions, Cytotec inductions, epidurals, amnio infusions, versions, and C-sections.- Wear light blue scrubs while on duty.- Organize and maintain readiness for postpartum support when needed.- Participate in a virtual interview process with potential for auto offer.- Adhere to a 60-mile radius rule; local applicants may receive rate adjustments.- Provide exceptional patient care and demonstrate critical thinking in fast-paced environments.
