EFC is a top-tier service to help clients manage all aspects of their financial life (including, compensation and benefits; income tax planning and filing; estate planning and wealth transfer; retirement planning; risk management and insurance planning; and investment planning).

Primary Responsibilities:

As an Executive Financial Counseling/ Wealth Management Principal, you will fundamentally serve as a personal CFO for clients with a range of financial planning and investment services, which require the following:Build strong, long-term relationships with our holistic wealth management clients. You will work with clients to analyze all aspects of their current financial health, help set short/long-term financial goals, and design a comprehensive and personalized plan of action. You will proactively provide the following:

Estate planning solutions and document summaries along with gifting and wealth transfer strategiesIncome tax advice and preparation for high-net-worth individualsCompensation and benefits planning to address deferred compensation plans, 83b elections, 10b5-1 programs and moreInvestment planning and management using a disciplined, goal-based approach to create responsive and durable portfoliosRetirement planning to optimize investment portfolios and retirement assetsRisk management and insurance planning including asset protection strategies and insurance coverage reviewCoordination of client meetings including materials, agenda, and post-meeting action item follow-upFinancial planning using e-Money

Provide comprehensive financial advice: You will determine what level of financial plan and support is needed for each client and adjust their level of service accordinglyCommunicate: You must be a superior, proactive communicator who can adjust your message and style to the needs of our clients. You must have a disciplined approach to client follow-up with superior service front of mind, alwaysBrand Ambassador: Enthusiastically advocate the values, ethics, and unique approach our company takes to personal financial planningData Management: You must maintain all data in Salesforce and follow designated workflows and compliance proceduresOther duties as assignedIdeal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree and CFP designation preferred - CPA, CFA, JD, CHFC, and EA a plus4+ years financial planning, estate planning and/or tax planning/preparation experienceDemonstrate strong and effective leadership skills through clear communication and collaboration with othersStrong interpersonal and networking skills with both external clients and internal collaborationWorking knowledge of e-Money, salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook a strong plusAbility to listen and empathize with clients, spot, and analyze issues, and simplify/explain financial concepts to provide solutionsStrong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines in a proactive manner with little supervision requiredMust accept and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environmentAbility to build and maintain relationships with potential and current clientsCollaborate with colleagues to present to prospective clients and centers of influenceTenacious about doing what is right for the client - alwaysCompany Overview:
