Process Pro is looking for a Solutions Architect passionate about designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with the customer's strategic goals, business objectives, and current tech stack.
You will be instrumental in designing solutions for our customers who leverage the HubSpot CRM and should have extensive experience with data migrations, system integrations, and custom development projects.
The SA should possess in-depth technical knowledge across various domains, including software development, infrastructure, databases, networking, and cloud technologies. You understand the intricacies of different technologies and how they can be integrated to create effective solutions.
Additionally, this role requires direct experience managing customer accounts and successfully implementing programs;
a passion for and deep knowledge of HubSpot , and other CRM/marketing automation software, and an understanding of implementing and optimizing third-party software tools.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a customer or people-facing role5+ years of experience developing and designing solutionsA love and deep understanding of HubSpot (Salesforce, other marketing automation tools)Experience working with SaaS companies and the challenges they faceAbility to align technology solutions with a customer's long-term goals and business objectives, and able to understand the bigger picture, understanding how your designs impact a customer's business as a wholeAbility to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExpert-level HubSpot Sales and Marketing Admin CapabilitiesAdvanced Workflows KnowledgeExperience with the HubSpot/Salesforce IntegrationField Creation and AdministrationData Modeling for Custom ObjectsUnderstanding of HubSpot's APIExperience with Data Migration and Mapping, sequences implementation, and 3rd party app integrationsHubSpot Certifications and Experience in: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Services Hub, Operations HubQuick learner, self-motivated, resourceful, and big-picture problem solverAble to work autonomously, but also be collaborative with teammatesAgency experience is a plusAdditional Information
Salary Range:
$95,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience & skillset)
