salary: $26 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5 PMeducation: Associate

Responsibilities

Develop a basic understanding of the program portfolio to effectively support organizational work.Provide administrative support to the director and two project directors, including calendar management and meeting planning.Manage key administrative tasks such as proofreading, editing, preparing mailings, and maintaining databases.Coordinate and prepare for virtual, hybrid, and in-office meetings and track them in Salesforce.Contribute to special projects and tasks as requested by senior leaders.Provide logistical support for internal events, including portfolio-wide meetings and conferences.Prepare briefing materials for portfolio events in collaboration with senior leaders and team members.Assist with event logistics, including name badge preparation and coordination with conference services.Track tasks, manage deadlines, and support prioritization of work for the director and project teams.Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursements for staff and third-party travel.
