Position Summary:

To provide Decision Support to Senior Management in organizational-wide business and economic decision making Goals and Objectives. Also, ensuring that quality standards are set and maintained throughout the different areas of Revenue Cycle

Responsibilities:

Collect, Compile, analyze data reconciliation for Hospital Quality Fee ProgramPerforming Hospital Cost accounting analysis and update periodically to support program analysis and service line assessmentsMaintaining current working knowledge of reimbursement principles and trendsProviding decision support to facilitate sound financial assessments at the procedure, patient and department levels.Collects / analyzes financial information and develop and maintain financial databases;Coordinate revenue cycle analytics for key functions, utilizing available data, quantify expected revenue impact and other supporting decisionsThe position will be required to perform QAD of all Patient access functions on a consistent basis and compile recommendations for improvementDevelop and recommend effective business improvement initiativesTrack, trend and work with Revenue Cycle team for denialsLiaison between Finance, Business Office & Managed Care departmentsOther duties as assigned by managementQualifications:

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field.Preferred Education:

N/AMinimum Work Experience and Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Knowledge of GAAP required and knowledge of IFRS, a plus.Computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).1-3 Years of experience preferred/new college grads welcome to applyPreferred Work Experience and Qualifications
