and we are currently seeking candidates for a full-time

Implementation Manager

to join the team in

Boca Raton, FL ! In this role, you will oversee the implementation of our software suite throughout entire organizations to ensure that they have a smooth transition.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead the implementation and deployment of software suite into multiple organizationsCreate tailored solutions for customers by leveraging workflows, customizing reports and performing product trainingsEnsure customer success by acting as point of contact and resource for new and existing customersAssist with help desk and timely completion of tickets

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software implementation, customer success or sales (CRM's, EMR's, SaaS, Salesforce, etc.)Behavioral health experience highly preferred, but not requiredMust be able to manage multiple projects at a timeBachelor's Degree highly preferred
