This will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.At the moment, this role is focused on:Shaping Canva’s global rewards strategy – Own the vision and execution of our reward programs, ensuring they align with Canva’s mission and business goals while keeping our team excited and motivated.Leading and growing a high-performing team – Inspire, coach, and develop our talented reward managers and analysts, nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation.Innovating compensation and benefits – Bring your expertise to design reward programs that reflect the diversity of our global team and keep us ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving market.Partnering with leadership to drive success – Collaborate with C-suite leaders to offer strategic insights that directly impact business decisions and help us attract and retain top talent.Championing fairness and inclusion – Ensure our reward practices support our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, making sure every Canvanaut feels valued.Staying ahead of market trends – Anticipate changes in the industry, adapting our strategies to balance immediate needs with long-term success, and represent Canva’s thought leadership in the rewards space.You're probably a match ifYou have extensive experience in total rewards, with a proven track record of leading reward strategies in global, high-growth public tech companies.You bring deep expertise in compensation and benefits, including executive compensation, equity programs, and global benefits.You connect reward strategies to business outcomes, people strategies, and financial performance, showcasing strong business acumen.You excel in data analytics and modelling, turning complex datasets into actionable insights.You are a strong leader, experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams and coaching individuals to thrive.You have a global mindset, adept at designing reward programs that resonate across diverse markets and cultures.You communicate and influence with ease, confident in presenting to and advising C-suite executives and board members.About the teamAt Canva, our Reward team is pivotal in driving our mission to empower the world to design. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $237,000 to $360,000.
