This role offers a lucrative opportunity directly tied to personal revenue growth while working within a collaborative, dynamic team.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONMember of the team responsible for building and managing a specific book of businessDrive business development efforts to align with the vision and overall objectives of the firmEnsure all current and prospective clients understand and comprehend the overall mission of Korn FerryInterview, source and represent current and prospective consultants in opportunities that will continue to enhance their career objectivesResponsible for consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives for Korn FerryAccountable for driving the business in a direction that ensures financial targets are met or exceeded on a consistent basisProject oriented, analytical thinker open to communicating new ideas and strategiesWork in a team-oriented environment while still acting in an independent, leadership capacityCollaborate as a team with Business Development Directors working for our affiliate business lines to create brand awareness and growth potentialJoin professional networking organizations to represent Korn Ferry to the communityIdentify opportunities to join a Board or a cause which you are passionate aboutExude leadership and professionalism at all times and in all situationsREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEUndergraduate degree requiredMinimum of 8-years’ experienceAbility to communicate effectively with employees of all levels within the organization, as well as with clients and the public; become a public representative and face of Korn FerryAbility to work with a dynamic team of seasoned professionals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and incorporating fun into the team cultureA proven track record in leadership, sales and recruiting in the local marketplace is a plusSalary Range : $60,000.00 - $85,000.00Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.Korn Ferry BenefitsThe Korn Ferry Cares Wellbeing Platform offers Employees health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment), Critical Illness, Accident Injury, Hospital Indemnity, and Legal Insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in Korn Ferry's Tax Deferred Savings plan 401(k). Employee Stock Purchase Program is available to all permanent employees who work 20 hours or more after 6 months of service.Employees are eligible to receive a total of 15 days vacation annually plus paid time off for 16 company holidays.
