How you'll be impactful:

As a Senior Copywriter, you will have the opportunity to think bigger, dig deeper and grow your creative craft. You will be part of the Brand and Creative team and responsible for bringing the brand voice to life across all marketing needs, from emails to social projects, performance marketing and more. In this role, you will be a creative problem solver who continually pushes the brand voice forward. You're detail-oriented and highly organized, you're passionate about creating insightful and thought-provoking copy across all content. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to brainstorm engaging storytelling opportunities and support evolving brand marketing efforts.

Please note: This role will be required to be in our SF office at minimum 2x/week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

What you'll be doing:

Creative Copy

Collaborate with Marketing, Product & UI/UX stakeholders to shape first impressions and customer journey, and develop compelling copy/messaging for multi-channel assets.

Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution that are rooted in brand strategy.

Generate creative ideas to build innovative campaigns and provide strategic recommendations.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social media trends to continuously improve our copy skills and strategies.

Create captivating copy: Develop engaging and on-brand copy for social, email campaigns, performance ads, and retention campaigns.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies that align with our objectives.

Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency in content and copy across all channels and assets.

Use insight and analytics to understand current performance and future opportunities.

Stay up to date with copy trends and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention.

Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Brand Stewardship

Enforce the brand tone across all content and channels.

Establish copy best practices and provide direction to ensure consistency for content across all placements.

Collaborate with marketing partners to understand placements with a strategic lens allowing for strong storytelling.

What you'll need to be successful:

Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing, or a related field.

5-6 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience with a lifestyle brand preferred.

Experience crafting insightful and thought-provoking copy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity to generate original, highly engaging content.

An excellent work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Able to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.

Experience working on brands in the B2C space that are service-centric.

Experience being part of rebrands + execution of rebrands.

Pay Transparency:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$130,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
