The role will be based in Delivery station in Saitama.

Amazon is looking for a highly motivated, gemba-oriented, scalable HR professional to join the rapidly growing AMZL HR team. AMZL is Amazon's last mile delivery service and the team has grown in multiples during the past few years.

The Sr. HRBP, based on deep insights of what's happening on the Delivery Station floor, will work with the senior management team to develop, implement, and drive results to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This work includes, but is not limited to:Increasing workforce capabilityImproving organizational design and structureProviding change leadershipStrategic staffingTalent management/succession planningSupporting day-to-day operationsOngoing process improvementSr. HRBP will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, handle employee relations, perform management coaching, and organizational assessment and development matters. This role provides strong project management to various HR initiatives & company-wide HR projects including automation projects, management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation, etc.

Additionally, this role will have the opportunity to develop junior members and peers through coaching and mentoring, which is an ideal path for a people manager role as well.

About the team:Oversee HR activities of 4 large and 1 mini delivery stations. 4 HRBPs will report to you. You will also report to the Regional HR Manager and closely work with Sr HRBPs in charge of other regions.
