They have experience with software development, product delivery, agile, DevOps, and cloud computing. They are capable of leading their team by example and by contribution, as they develop and ship features. This role requires a love of learning and problem solving, and the ability to guide a team towards implementing architectures and solutions.The Main ResponsibilitiesShould be well versed with REST API development and security standards (OAuth2.0, OIDC, etc).Should have experience using any SQL database (Oracle/PostgreSQL, etc.) and any NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Couchbase).Demonstrate experience using a container ecosystem (Kubernetes, Docker).Well versed with system design principles and performance engineering.Exposure to GenAI Development using langchain, vector datastores.What We Look For in a Candidate5+ years of experience in Java or Python development. Should be well-versed with development using Java/Python frameworks.3+ years’ experience as a people manager.Experience growing and mentoring talent.Experience managing and leading a team working on multiple technology stacks and providing guidance as needed.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.Location Based Pay Ranges$94,420 - $125,890
