This position is intended to promote the sale of Synapse Cardiovascular and services nationally in collaboration with all FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS) sales teams to maximize sales volume and Company profitability.Duties and Responsibilities:Bookings and Revenue:Meets and exceeds quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing and executing effective sales strategies.Works in collaboration across HCUS product and service teams.Develops effective business partnerships with various teams to enhance abilities to drive results.Collaborates and drives sales strategies to increase market share.Complies with the Quote to Order/Booking processes and adheres to established policies.Provides accurate booking documents.Creates and analyzes sales proposals and site configurations.Develops and drives accurate bookings and revenue forecasts.Cross Functional Team Collaboration:Communicates sales messaging and ensures team members are knowledgeable.Works as a liaison between various departments.Maintains effective communications within the organization.Participates in training efforts with cross-functional teams.Personnel Development and Support:Works with Sales Management to evaluate sales teams and strategies.Reports on the skill set and effectiveness of Sales team members.Drives continued development of sales strategies and skills.Demonstrates effective use of the Company’s CRM tool.Monitors needs and recommends development and training for Sales team.Key Performance Indicators:Produce accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.Meet monthly revenue goals through collaboration.Drive a culture of superior customer experience.Other:Comply with all applicable U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements.Qualifications:5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.Broad functional expertise in sales and marketing.Proven track record of sales overachievement.BA/BS/MA preferred.Special Skills or Other Job Requirements:Ability to work cross-functionally and create business impact.Strong customer orientation and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.com.Ability to drive action plans effectively.Physical Requirements:Sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.Use hands and fingers to manipulate items up to 100% of applicable work time.Lift and carry up to 25 pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.Travel:
