This position is intended to promote the sale of Synapse Cardiovascular and services nationally in collaboration with all FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS) sales teams to maximize sales volume and Company profitability.Duties and Responsibilities:Bookings and Revenue:

Meet and exceed quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies.Collaborate across HCUS product and service teams with emphasis on solution selling to Cardiovascular opportunities.Develop effective business partnerships with various teams to enhance results.Drive sales strategies to increase market share.Comply with established policies and procedures.Provide accurate booking documents for Sales and Marketing Operations.Create and analyze sales proposals and site configurations.Develop accurate bookings and revenue forecasts.

Cross Functional Team Collaboration:

Communicate sales messaging and ensure team members are knowledgeable.Act as a liaison between sales and other departments.Maintain effective communications to ensure maximum sales success.Participate in training efforts with cross-functional teams.

Personnel Development and Support:

Evaluate sales teams and strategies with Sales Management.Report on the effectiveness of Sales team members.Drive continued development of sales strategies and skills.Maintain proficiency in Fujifilm products and services.Ensure effective use of the Company’s CRM tool.Monitor needs and recommend development for the sales team.

Key Performance Indicators:

Produce accurate forecasting and contribute to sales strategies.Meet monthly revenue goals through collaboration.Drive a culture of superior customer experience.Participate in corporate activities.Ensure ongoing and transparent communication.Adhere to defined competencies for the position.

Other:

Comply with all applicable medical device regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Medical Informatics Sales.Broad functional expertise in sales and marketing.Proven track record of sales overachievement.Educational Requirements:BA/BS/MA preferred.Special Skills:Ability to work cross-functionally and create business impact.Strong customer orientation and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.com.Physical Requirements:Ability to perform physical demands as listed.Travel:Occasional (up to 50%) travel may be required.Job Locations:
