TigerConnect is looking for a creative, hands-on marketer with a successful track record in demand gen and account-based programs targeting new and existing customers. The

irector, Demand Generation
leads our Demand Gen team - planning & executing data-driven, multi-touch B2B marketing programs from end-to-end (strategy, development, execution, reporting) leveraging both inbound and outbound tactics.
Responsibilities include allocating budget, selecting targets, determining the tactical mix, designing offers and calls to action, and setting individual program goals and measurement criteria. Additional responsibilities include managing external agencies and internal resources, and building/managing shared demand creation processes with sales team. Demonstrated ability to leverage the power of Web technologies in demand creation is essential.
We are an all-hands-in marketing organization and work cross-functionally within our team and across the business. This role works in partnership with multiple disciplines to drive demand, including sales, customer marketing, client success, revenue operations, and product marketing.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage a team of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen professionalsCreate and manage an end to end campaign strategy to drive demandManage key channels including paid search, SEM/SEO, display, retargeting, website, events, webinars, and account-based marketingDevelop and execute outbound demand generation and account-based marketing programs to drive revenue through our direct sales teamsInterlock with sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunitiesFollow TigerConnect's end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with sales operations and marketing operations, including lead capture, nurturing via portfolio marketing, and service-level agreements (lead definitions, lead acceptance/rejection reasons and disqualification reasons that feed into appropriate nurture streams when applicable)Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle lengthEvaluate, select, and manage 3rd party vendors that contribute to demand creation programsSet up marketing tracking mechanisms to capture engagement and account/contact scoringJuggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environmentManage and adhere to Digital Programs budget
What You Bring:
BA or BS degree in marketing or related business degree5+ years of experience managing a high performing Digital Marketing and Demand Gen team8+ years' experience in a fast-paced demand generation environment, ideally with an enterprise B2B SaaS product5+ years of B2B digital/inbound/outbound marketing including website and content marketing, ability to leverage social media to seed demand, search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), association marketing, content syndication, strategic eventsExperience with lead management tools like Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similarExperience working in an environment that relies on Salesforce as its CRMMarketing automation, website content management, website CRO & analytics, and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targetsDemonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating products and services to drive seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programsDemonstrated success in funnel management including MQLs (a marketing qualified lead), SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads.) and opportunities in collaboration with SalesExperience managing a budget for both project and vendor spendHealth technology background is a plus
How We Pay:
We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilitiesWe are targeting a base salary from $102,700 - $229,000You will also be able to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
