Oversee a large facility projectServe as the primary delegate to the EAS Product Line DirectorBe accountable for total program execution from requirements through deliveryEnsure long term operational success by developing and supporting both the PM function and cross-functional teams within the Product LineProvide holistic leadership while promoting a positive culture emphasizing teamwork, inclusiveness, and a fundamental respect for each person’s / organizations’ contributionsMake strategic decisions in a fast paced, competitive environmentDeal effectively with senior program level customers and partners and resolve customer issues of a complex natureDeliver clear and concise executive level presentations and messages to enable the leadership team to quickly assess the health and needs of the projectEnsure the achievement of project objectives, budgets, and schedules by analyzing performance measures and taking relevant corrective action, as necessaryPlease note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Full-Time Salary Range: $164000 - $278800Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits
