Design & Sales Consultant .About the Role:You will:Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to our showroom customers both in the showroom and at the customer’s location.Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction in order to meet or exceed the established sales and gross profit goals.Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer.Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms.Articulate your showroom value proposition to engage customers.Determine customer needs and keep the sale moving forward.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Develop and maintain knowledge of product lines and features.Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections.Use sales reports and sales forecasting tools to meet or exceed established sales targets.Follow-up on leads and generate new business.Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and stay engaged with customers.Keep showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed.Join industry associations and attend professional events to stay informed about design trends.Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs.Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.About You:2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred.Experience working with luxury, high-end products and customers.Be knowledgeable of kitchen and bath design trends.Have experience with architectural blueprints and a strong sense of aesthetics.Effectively use Microsoft Office software to communicate and maintain customer files.Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills.Demonstrate deep product knowledge related to kitchen/bath trends.Be able to overcome objections and close sales.Build influential relationships with key vendor partners.Plan, organize, and multi-task.Read, write, speak and understand English.Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.The benefits of working with us:Our culture is well-suited for exceptional people who use their talents to drive business.
