managing all aspects of case work-up and trial preparation .Expertise in legal research and writing , including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.Strong problem-solving abilities , along with excellent communication and client interaction skills.Ambitious, driven, and a
team-oriented mindset
to support and grow our national litigation practice.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of business litigation cases, including case work-up, trial preparation, and courtroom representation.Draft and review critical legal documents, including briefs, complaints, and motions.Provide strategic advice and manage sophisticated business litigation matters.Engage directly with clients and play an active role in developing case strategy.Why Join?This position offers immediate client interaction and the opportunity to work on

$191,000 to $215,000 , depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
