Job DetailsOur client is searching for a litigation attorney with 3 or more years of experience. Successful applicants will have experience in transportation law or general insurance defense litigation.
The following qualifications are necessary for consideration for this position:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing with the PA bar.
- 3+ years of experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.
- Proven experience attending and participating in hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in legal research software and platform.
