The
Digital Marketing Specialist
is primarily responsible for researching and promoting Rapid Micro Biosystem's products and services online via blogs, social media and website content. Responsible for daily management of the Rapid Micro Biosystem's website,integrating our digital activities seamlessly within extended marketing campaign tactical execution in an omnichannel, customer-centric approach for a unified and consistent customer experience. Monitoring online consumer behavior and working with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to increase site traffic and sales. Research market trends and create/optimize product campaigns.A creative team player with a passion for digital marketing who is a pivotal part of our marketing team.

Research advertising trendsDecide on appropriate placement of adsDetermine what content will reach customersDevelop projects to create contentPublish digital marketing content onlineImplement email marketing campaignsImplement social media paid campaignsMeasure digital trafficMonitor social media and Google Analytics>
Qualifications:
Education: B.S. in Marketingor related field plus relevant working experience (i.e., B.S. with 3+ years)Preference is with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent life science discipline.Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar roleFamiliarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaignsHands-on experience with web content management tools, like HubSpotExpertise in Salesforce, Pardot and ExcelExpertisein SEO and Google AnalyticsExperience with marketing campaigns on social mediaStrong communication, writing and presentation skillsDemonstrated decision making capabilities, and success as agent of change.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead.
