Job Title: Program Manager III - Maternal Child Health (MCH) | RN Job Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS)- Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) Must-Have: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Job Description: - Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet the complex needs of critically ill children.- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills in pediatric critical care.- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues.- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage patient care effectively.- Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on evidence-based practices.- Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.- Support new staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
