Job Title: Maternal Child Health (MCH) RN Job Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program - Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience Must-Have: - ACLS certification Job Description: - Provide specialized nursing care for neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting. - Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care. - Administer medications and treatments according to established guidelines. - Monitor vital signs and ensure the well-being of neonatal patients. - Educate and support families with information and resources related to neonatal care. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care plans. - Participate in ongoing staff education and development programs. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field. - Seven years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last ten years.
