Description

  • Providing quality support to the Operations team, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading quality improvement projects.
  • Analyzing data to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
  • Supporting new product development by identifying quality improvements and implementing solutions.
  • Managing the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) as the process owner.
  • Leading root cause analysis, corrective action efforts, and resolving quality issues.
  • Overseeing non-conforming material control and managing the customer complaint process.
  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Preferred technical background in quality management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems; additional quality system experience is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with all organizational levels and departments.
