In this role you will be a key member of the Data Analytics team and will report to the Director of Modeling Architecture to shape our digital transformation strategy and deliver high impact projects. As a Data Analytics Lead, you will partner with the business stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical requirements, propose and deliver solutions through scalable technology innovation and process improvement.Data & Analytics is a cross functional team with a focus on digital transformation across the Brookfield Real Estate Group. This highly visible team drives a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives to build scalable, end-to-end solutions that optimize the use of enterprise data assets. The Data Analytics team interacts and collaborates heavily with business/functional heads and their teams across the organization.Role & Responsibilities:Build partnership with business stakeholders to gain in-depth knowledge of business plan and key business processes; collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and inefficient processesLead end-to-end technology implementation – requirement gathering, solution design, UAT and change managementChampion creativity, continuous delivery, and build a culture of innovationAssume ownership of existing technologies and evaluate emerging technologies and solutions for applicability to business needs; present business cases for evaluation and lead prototyping or POCs to validate expected valueWork closely with the user community to understand their needs and reflect that in strategic solution designManage, mentor and develop junior team membersManage third-party consultants and contractorsYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experienceAt least 4 years of digital implementation experience across complex solutions with at least 2 years in AnaplanExperience in Financial Services, Real Estate, Private Equity industriesAnaplan Solution Architect certification, Master Anaplanner CertificationHigh level of business acumen.
