In this role, you will play a key role in inspiring change and continual improvement. If you are committed to excellence and ready to contribute to a dynamic culture, we would love to meet you.Data Analytics is a cross functional team with a focus on digital transformation across the Brookfield Real Estate Group. This highly visible team drives a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives to build scalable, end-to-end solutions that optimize the use of enterprise data assets. The Data Analytics team interacts and collaborates heavily with business/functional heads and their teams across the organization.Role & Responsibilities:Build partnership with business stakeholders to gain in-depth knowledge of processes across asset management, leasing, finance, marketing, and other sectors within the organization, and to collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for automation or inefficient processesIdentify strategic products across the organization and build a product vision and strategy that aligns to BP corporate business goalsDevelop, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap that balances long-term strategy with short-term priorities.Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback and technical feasibility.Champion creativity, continuous delivery, and build a culture of innovationAssume ownership of existing technologies and evaluate emerging technologies and solutions for applicability to business needs; present business cases for evaluation and lead prototyping or POCs to validate expected valueWork closely with the user community to understand their needs and reflect that in strategic solution designServe as the primary liaison between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycleManage, mentor and develop junior team membersManage third-party consultants and contractorsYour Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a real estate technology field.Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, Private Equity industriesFamiliarity with Monday or similar product management toolsAbility to work closely with engineering and data teams, with a solid understanding of software development and architecture conceptsHigh level of business acumen. Ability to speak in non-technical terms and translate complex problems in business termsKnowledge of agile methodologies and the Software Development Life CyclePossesses a desire to teach, and mentor others while also making significant individual contributionsDemonstrated ability to lead without formal authority and influence cross-functional teamsStrong communication and presentation skillsSolid relationship management skillsYour Career @ Brookfield Properties:At Brookfield Properties, your career progression is important to us.
