Paralegal

Our client is a highly respected law firm, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services, particularly in trust and probate litigation. The firm is currently seeking a skilled and driven Paralegal to join their Southern California team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to advance their career in either the San Diego or Los Angeles office, working in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in trust and probate litigation matters.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining litigation documents.
  • Assist with client communications and ensure timely updates regarding case progress.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient case management.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in trust and probate litigation.
  • Familiarity with California court procedures and filing requirements.
  • Must reside in San Diego, California or Los Angeles, California area
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
